Atmosfera is an elegant four-star high-tech hotel, located on the embankment of the resort of Gelendzhik, 5 meters from the beach and the sea. The practicality of the environment with a minimum of decor, but at the same time, high functionality is a hallmark of the interior design of the hotel and restaurants on site.
Atmosfera is one of the few hotels in Russia that operates in the "18+" format, in which accommodation with children under 18 is not possible. The concept of the "Adults Only" hotel is not only a modern international trend in the hotel business, but also a very special atmosphere of a relaxing holiday without unnecessary fuss and children's cries.
The hotel has 41 rooms. The first three floors of the hotel are occupied by rooms, and on the fourth floor there is a view terrace "Sky Bar Atmosfera". Самый ужасный отдых в моей жизни! При бронировании написали стоимость 5000, по факту оказалось 10000 сутки. Спать не возможно, до 5:00, гремит дискотека, никто при бронировании не предупредил, спать не возможно, номер маленький своих денег не стоит. На ресепшен персонал не компетентен, на вопросы не отвечает, жалобную книгу не подали, телефон горячей линии не подали, отвратительно!, если вы хотите отдохнуть, то вам явно тут не чего делать! Не рекомендую Обьехала под мира и пол страны, но такого ужаса не видела нигде

Отель "для своих", случайным гостям здесь не рады. У бассейна собирается тусовка друзей-знакомых сотрудников отеля, которые могут делать, что хотят, в том числе пить напитки в бассейне. Обычным гостям это запрещено. Плюс ребенок в бассейне, хотя формат отеля 18+

Отель забронировали за 5 месяцев до заезда, приехали а бронь сняли не предупредили, лояльность к клиентам отсутствует, даже не извинились!! Не рекомендую бронировать этот отель, условия брони не понятны, в отели работаю не компетентные сотрудники.

Все понравилось! Современный отель, идеальное расположение (сразу выход на набережную), соотношение удобств и цены 5/5. Самый кайф, когда купаешься в тёплом бассейне с гидромассажем и можешь заказать напитки, блюда и кальян прям на территории бассейна.

Более безобразного отношения сотрудников отеля к постояльцам встретить где либо сложно. Администратор может откровенно хамить, и говорить с Вами так, чтобы вы стали себя чувствовать обязанными этому отелю. Оплату на сайте отеля произвести было не возможно, следовало предложение установить дополнительное приложение зайти через госуслуги и что-то подписать, либо перевести свои средства какому-то физическому лицу на счет. А после заселения не предоставить чеков об оплате. Повод задуматься все ли порядке у отеля с налоговой? Шеф-повар на вопрос на завтраке сколько готовится овсяная каша? В хамской форме ответил что 40 минут. И в последствии да пишите Вы что угодно и кому угодно. При этом в зале были заняты всего три стола. Постельное белье грязное при заселении, следы засохшей пищи от предыдущих постояльцев. В санузле просто грязный унитаз и жуткий запах гнили, а отель не так давно открылся. На любые вопросы ответы в хамской форме. Не советуем пребывание в данном отеле. Звездность отеля не соответствует заявленной.
