The location is quite good, but the apartment is not well maintained. I guess because the apartment is quite old. Most of the furnitures are old. The flooring was a bit slippery, but still quite ok for short stay.

Not too shabby. At the front desk, all the staffs are extremely friendly. Good views from my floor! There are swimming pool, snooker pool, gym and a really beautiful atmosphere. Not exactly a 5 star place but if you're expecting a good place to stay in with your family on a small vacation while keeping under the budget, this is the place to stay in. For first-timers though, the gate is closed. If you're driving, wait for the guard to open the gate for you. Go to the guard and tell him you got a reservation. He will direct you to the front desk, which is on the second floor. Just up the stairs or up the elevator.

Rooms are not really new therefore stuff in kitchen, bedroom sand toilet doesn’t look clean. The whole flooring seems to be wax, it was very slippery especially if you are wearing socks so need to remove before entering the rooms. Kettle spoiled during the day 1 of stay, informed reception counter that kettle is spoil, rooms need to housekeep and if airport services are available. To note the reception counter closes quite early and opens quite late. So if you are out until 10pm there will be no reception counter or you need to checkout before 9am there is no reception counter. Upon requesting for new kettle and housekeeping, when we return the room kettle is not replaced and housekeeping was not done. Thankful we only stayed for 2 night.

The room is nice and clean..the location a bit busy but there are many store nearby..the staff is friendly and helpful…

It is very near the Spice Arena. Good for both business travellers attending exhibition and also concert goers. A lot of facilities unfortunately we dont have time to enjoy it this round. Book 2 units
