Avrei sorvolato per parecchie cose , ma visto che il venirsi incontro non è di casa falkenstainer, diciamo tutte le cose come stanno. Prenotiamo da lunedì e a venerdì , con il nostro bambino di 1 anni e mezzo. Da lunedì inizia a stare male e attendendo comunque dei giorni ; non migliora pertanto siamo obbligati a tornare a casa dal medico. Ovviamente la priorità sarà sempre e comunque il figlio (penso sia una regola che valga per tutti). Detto ciò chiediamo se possiamo avere uno sconto, o un buono per un eventuale altra volta per le notti che abbiamo pagato a prezzo pieno e delle quali purtroppo non per scelta non possiamo usufruire. Ci rispondono di no per tutto . Questo per noi è scandaloso …. Oltre a questo aggiungo che il ristorante è pessimo , il cibo sicuramente non da un hotel con questo numero di stelle , la pulizia lascia desiderare … asciugamani sporchi nelle camere , sala giochi dei bambini parecchio sporchetta, e aggiungerei anche che le receptionist non fanno un sorriso neanche sotto tortura . Detto ciò ,,, se magari pensavo di tornarci per usufruire se c’è gli avessero dati , di altri due giorni che abbiamo pagato profumatamente … ora posso dire con certezza che non ci torneremo più e non lo consiglieremo a nessuno.

Cibo pessimo ,lontano dagli standard internazionali, servizio ristorante non da hotel ma da villaggio anni 90, prezzo pagato spropositato per il mangiare offerto ed i servizi esclusi, skipass e scuola sci. Sconsigliato vivamente ......

Sowohl die Gastronomie als auch die Sanitäter Einrichtungen waren nicht Kindgerecht .
Zum einen waren alle Toiletten / Waschbecken auf erwachsenen Höhe . Auch im kinderbereich.
Das Zimmer - wir hatten die Suite mit eine separaten Schlafzimmer war sehr gut geschnitten .
Das Essen hat uns leider sehr stark enttäuscht .
Es gab ledig an einem Abend klassisches Essen aus Österreich. Das Kinderbuffet verdient den Namen nicht . Es gab an 3 Abenden die gleichen verkk min Ulrich sogar aufgewärmte Nudeln . Und immer Tomatensoßen. Das negative Highlight waren die scharfen chicken wings am Knochen . Für ein Kinder essen völlig daneben .
Die Kinderbetreuung und Fassbiere Angebot für Kinder jeden Alters war wirklich hervorragend .

È l’hotel nel quale ho passato tutti gli anni da bambina. Quest’anno, dopo tanto tempo, ho deciso di ritornarci in coppia. Ero contenta anche di aver scelto un hotel così pieno di bambini. Tuttavia alcuni fattori hanno fatto abbassare di molto il prestigio che davo a questo hotel. Riscontrato insoddisfazione a causa di un furto avvenuto all’interno della struttura, precisamente nell’area giochi. Dalla reception non c’è stato così grande interesse nell’aiutarmi a gestire e risolvere il problema. D’altronde il fatto è accaduto nella loro struttura. Inoltre il poco controllo della piscina con apposito personale, fa si che grandi e piccoli facciano ciò che è vietato, nonostante sia scritto, e cioè giocare a palla e tuffarsi. A mio parere è necessario maggior attenzione e controllo da parte della struttura se si vogliono ricevere così tanti ospiti.

Piacevole vacanza in famiglia.con note positive e negative. Ottimo il servizio ristorante per varietà e qualità. Eccellente il servizio bar sia nella varietà delle proposte che nella gestione. La nota negativa riguarda la spa: area only adults molto trascurata. Odore insopportabile in prossimità delle saune con 3 giorni di apertura ai bambini ....davvero troppo! Bambini che entravano e uscivano anche in giorni non consentiti perché non c'è controllo. I massaggi ben eseguiti ma con zero atmosfera. Un'altra nota migliorabile è la comunicazione dei servizi e delle attività extra. Per il resto rimane uno dei migliori hotel della catena.

This is our no1 hotel in Austria. It is a great one to go with the kids because everything is made for them. From the ice cream machine in the lobby right to the reception to the all kids playing zones, playgrounds and pool area. There is also a lot of outside things to do like bob driving, Adrenalin park, cable car, hiking to go and ride the ponies etc. Hotel is all inclusive which means that apart from breakfast lunch and dinner you have snacks and drinks included which is really a nice one. Rooms are very family oriented and we really enjoy each time we come here.

We went to KAtschberg to ski and not to have any other worries (like where to dine). Falkensteiner Club Funimation is All-Inclusive so it fitted perfectlly. any you can skii right out of the hotel.
We were without kids, but could see that they would have a blast staying here. So next time we will probably return as a familly.
