Wunderschöne Lage. In der Nähe der Skipiste und des Dorfes. Wir hatten ein Apartment für 6 Personen. Saubere Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern. Das Parken kann ein Problem sein. Küche hätte etwas größer sein können.

We had a great 4 nights here. The apartment is well equipped and clean. The facilities - sauna, steam and relaxation area plus the boot room are really impressive for apartments of this price. The man working on reception (we didn’t catch his name) was so helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the views are great. Very well located for food drinks and skiing. Would recommend this to anyone who is not on a low budget but also not wanting to spend 5* hotel prices. We will return :)

Zentrale Lage, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und gute Ausstattung. Kaffeekapseln waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Brötchenservice wird auch angeboten.

Wir haben im August dieses Jahres für zwei Wochen ein Apartment im Gurgelhof gebucht. Erst nach Ankunft teilte uns die Hausdame mit, dass mit täglichem Baulärm vom Nachbarhaus zu rechnen sei. Allein die Tatsache, dass dieser Umstand lange vor unserer Anreise bekannt war und wir trotz alledem nicht vorab informiert wurden, ist unhaltbar. Pünktlich ab 7 Uhr bis zum späten Nachmittag kamen in unmittelbarer Nähe Bagger, Lastwagen sowie Baumaschinen zum Einsatz. Seitens der Hotelleitung war weder ein Preisnachlass für die Dauer des Aufenthalts, noch Verständnis für unsere Situation angezeigt. Das lapidare Angebot, wir könnten vorzeitig abreisen, haben wir gern angenommen, um unseren Jahresurlaub zumindest ein Stück weit zu retten. Die Apartments als solche waren, trotz kleinerer Schönheitsfehler in Ordnung. Von luxuriösen Unterkünften aber weit entfernt. Unser Fazit: In diesem Haus müssen Betreiber und Angestellte noch eine Menge lernen, vor allem über Kundenzufriedenheit . NIE WIEDER!
