Für ein 4*S Hotel sind weder das Zimmer (Balkon ca. 1qm, kein Föhn) noch die Speisen ( Menü 59) qualitativ ausreichend. Obwohl wir für das Superior Plus Zimmer aufzahlten war aufgrund der Größe nur Platz für eine Person. Auch das Bad mit einer Badewanne und ohne Föhn entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Das Menü - bereits bei der Reservierung mitbestellt - mit einem Preis von 59 € steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität, eine vegetarische Variante war nicht vorhanden. Es wurde einfach das Hauptgericht ohne Fisch - also nur die Beilagen serviert.

The place is very nice, the stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pools are big and clean, the jacuzzi is the best in town, not to mention the mountainous views. The restaurant has the best chef and the food is great I had a great time indeed, you have to try this place out.

Tolles Frühstücksangebot, ebenso sehr gutes Abendessen. Spa Bereich - sehr ruhig, besonders der Außenbereich (Weingarten) Der Sky Garden (Kulinarik) hatte leider während des Aufenthaltes nicht geöffnet, aber ist sicher einen Besuch wert. Zimmer mit Balkon Richtung Parkmöglichkeit, trotzdem sehr ruhig. W-LAN leider sehr schlecht, brach immer wieder ab oder lud nicht.

Seit ca. 10 Jahren besuche ich mehrmals im Jahr das Hotel. Das Haus wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es liegt ihnen am Herzen, dass sich der Gast wie zu Hause fühlt. Aromatisiertes Wasser und Äpfel zur Begrüßung an der Rezeption, Pralinen auf dem Zimmer, Obst und Nüssen im Spa, Potpourri im Aufzug. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum bietet mit dem großen Panoramafenster einen herrlichen Blick auf die Weinberge und von der Dachterrasse sieht man die Dächer von Krems und die schöne Donau. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich freue mich jedes Mal auf diese kleine Auszeit. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team.

Wir waren jetzt 3 Tage dort. Was soll ich sagen, alles top. Super Frühstückes Buffet. Großartiges Abend Menü. Alle Angestellten, von der Rezeption bis zu den Kellnern und Putzfrauen waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir planen bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
