Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen, das Personal sehr nett, der Spa Bereich war schön, das Zimmer groß mit tollem Ausblick. Leider war es sehr warm im Zimmer, auch in der Nacht und Fenster gab es nicht (nur eine Schiebebalkontür). Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung. Danke für die schönen Tage

Unter "hervorragend" stelle ich mir was anderes vor. Das Essen war sehr gut, allerdings hat es in unserem Zimmer gerochen. Farbe? Schimmel? Oder eine Kombi aus beidem? Das Hygienekonzept der Sauna sollte nocheinmal gründlich überdacht werden. Kinder unter 14 Jahren sind in der Sauna nicht willkommen, aber Handys, Flipflops, Badebekleidung dürfen mit in den Saunabereich bzw. die Sauna.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera con cucina,ci sono tutti i confort L unica che il Wi-Fi non prende benissimo in stanza,il garage per le auto è gratuito e molto utile,il personale è gentile e disponibile.

The hotel room was a little different being on two floors with the bed up some steep stairs with the bathroom below so not so good for getting out at night. The room was a good size. Staff were generally OK but a bit hostile when we arrived early but we could leave our luggage and then went to visit friends nearby. There was a problem at checkout when they tried to charge for the room again which was previously paid to ******* but that issue was easily resolved.

Good hotel with super friendly staff. Great breakfast! I travelled with my dog and cat and also pets very welcome to stay. Also nice spa area with good saunas. Definitely will book a room again if I travel to the area in the future.

Horrible, arrived in the evening hotel was closed called the phone number. No one answered tried bell no answer. Called customer service at hotels they said i they couldnt reach the hotel to get another one. Nothing was avaliable near by drove 2 plus hours to fussen DE. To find a place at 5am. Worst experience.
