It began with that we reserved a parking place in the front and, of course, have to pay for it. The parking place was not available, there was another car on it. After conversation with the hotel we had to go to the parking lot (publicly) next to the hotel. Our car was parked by the hotel staff. The key was gone back to the room. Then suddenly at 07.30 clock ! the phone sounded. My husband and I still sleep and we were told to go away with the car because the checked couple wants to go home. My answer was that we didn't park the car but the staff of your hotel and we would like to bring the key to change it. There was told us, already very annoyed that no one is there to drive away the car and we must come immediately. A eternal to and from the hotel reception. Horrible! Sunday at 07:30! At last my husband had to dress up, go to the reception, drive away the car and get stupid to be swallowed by the travelers.
