Horrible , très loin des standard de Best Western ,
wifi ne fonctionne pas , le paiement de la taxe de séjour a l arrivé impossible par carte bancaire , ne rend pas la monnaie sur la taxe de séjour a payer en espèces si nous n avons pas l appoint , peinture des plafond de balcon plein de salpêtre et s effritent .

Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly. This hotel is fantastic they went above expectations on a very unfortunate incident that happened during our stay. My husband died in his sleep the hotel helped on absolutely everything including language barrier.

Professional and helpful front desk and cleaning staff. Nice breakfast selection. Convenient location avoiding slow traffic in Gémenos. Room and public areas were clean. Taxi/ car service available from hotel. Bed was too firm for our comfort.

The hotel is fine in terms of most things. It says 3 star and that is what you get. However the location is terrible. You have to get a bus and a train to get to most places. We would have used local tacos but there weren’t any! We were given a contact of a chauffeur driven Mercedes by the hotel. Unfortunately it cost us 65 euros each way to go to aubagne which is only a few km away. It is in the middle of an industrial estate and we got the bus back one night but it was quite scary walking back in the dark as it’s not well lit on the 10 min walk back to the hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Hôtel vieillissant, chambre défraichie. La température de la chambre est contrôlée par l'hôtel (qui certainement pour des raisons économiques chauffe au minimum). Nous avons demandé à pouvoir régler un peu plus chaud, mais notre demande n'a pas été suivie d'effet. Petit déjeuner basique, à 115€ la nuit (2 adultes 1 enfant). A ce prix, les chaines hôtelières à 60€ la nuitée n'ont rien à vous envier !
