Do not go to this hotel, it is not as advertised! Unhelpful staff/owner and every room is a damn mess, we ended up checking out a few hours after checking in. 1 week later now and i still wonder how they have 2 stars, dirty rooms, loose power sockets, long line of ants and just a horrible smell in the room. Toilet keeps running slowly, sink is stuck up.

Wifi doesn't reach the second floor. Staff is not guest-friendly. I was talking to a female staff, but she just tap her colleague for her to assist me. The staff didn't carry my luggage going up (I know I can carry it, but he should've offered to carry it). I asked for extra towel, but the staff gave me like a rag. They don't know also the PUVs that I can use to the places where I wanted to go. Weird! No tv. Ac doesn't work really during noon time. No comolimentary breakfast. Pillow is not comfortable to use. Overall experience is 0
