The hot shower is a complete joke. Terrible. Hot for a few seconds, then cold again, then hot again. What were you thinking having these kinds of settings? Or devices. Absolutely useless.
Blanket is very thin. No windows.
Has Netflix.
Helpful staff but not very friendly.

All good big room , Buti na lang meron na Silang nilalagay na shampoos and soap , Pero wala pa din tissue unless u ask them .. So far everytime I've stayed comfortable ako , kaya , I will book next time on this hotel again 😚

I was expecting a double bed since that’s the room I booked. When I checked in my room, only 1 bed is fixed with mattress and the other one is not. But over all a decent stay for my overnight stay in gensan.
