Decided to try this place out. It definitely has potential and a great location. But it’s old and dated. They definitely need to do some updates. Beds were too soft and so were the pillows. It was hard to maintain the temp in the room. It’s loud. You can hear everything and everyone one. The restaurant is amazing! Very good food and service! Lots of lake view tables!

We have FINALLY discovered this gem in Lake Geneva after coming here many times a year for nine years. And I'm sure a lot has to do with the manager, Eric. He makes sure your stay is just what you want it to be! My husband and I love it, and in June my high school friends and I will be enjoying two nights ! I can't wait for them to see it, it will be a surprise for them all! Thank-you for making this the best "Getaway"!!!

Winter Wonderful get away! Right on Lake Como. Fantastic restaurant! Comfy room w/fireplace. Eric was VERY helpful with our booking. Lucy (at the front desk) is extremely friendly, helpful & upbeat! Can't wait to go back there this summer!

My boyfriend rented a room for my birthday (2/3). He became very sick and I didnt even get to see him for my birthday as he has been very ill all week. He tried to cancel the hotel reservations, with several days notice, and they would not refund the room. It was over 24 hrs notice. They have lost a customer for life over $300. I do not recommend, no cancellation refunds.
