I really enjoy this hotel and stay at it whenever I travel to Lake Geneva, WI. The staff is the best part of my trips. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming. The staff at the hotel restaurant is also great. I will continue booking here based on this.

Our stay was very nice except that we could hear whenever our "neighbor" flushed the toilet. At least we think that's what the noise was. In any case, it was pretty loud.
