The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's just a 15-minute drive from the airport, directly across from a Coop supermarket, and right next to a light rail station, making getting around incredibly convenient. They even thoughtfully provide a Swiss transport card, which saves a lot on sightseeing around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite facing the main street, the window insulation was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The downsides are that the elevator is a bit narrow, so with large luggage, you can probably only fit two people. Also, to get to the elevators on the first floor from the check-in lobby on the ground floor, you have to go up a few stairs, meaning you have to carry your luggage yourself, which is a peculiar design. Furthermore, with many guests, rooms aren't available until 3 PM, so if you arrive early, you'll have to wait in the lobby. Breakfast is classic European style; there aren't many hot dishes, but the cold cuts selection is abundant, including smoked salmon and air-dried beef. They even offer strawberries and kiwi for fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it's a good place.

Very close to Cornavin train station, just a 5-minute walk away. The room was quite clean and tidy, and the breakfast was decent. The service was enthusiastic. Lake Geneva is also within walking distance.

hi perfect location the only downfall is no bar to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing. also only 1 bottle of water in the bedroom which is if you are tired when you arrive is a bit pointless.

The room was a bit small, and the door was not soundproof at all; you could hear everything said outside. Plus, being right above the city tram tracks made it quite noisy... Other than that, everything else was pretty standard and acceptable.

This is a great place to stay in Geneva, especially for the price. The breakfast was good too.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

Booked three rooms here. The elevator is tiny, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs first. Soundproofing is just okay, but cleanliness is decent. Breakfast was alright too. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The room was very clean, spacious, and lovely, offering excellent value for money. Walking from the train station to the hotel in the early hours was a short distance and felt very safe. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was quite charming. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was that the hairdryer's airflow was extremely weak.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. 1. Geneva is quite expensive; for instance, a McDonald's meal for two can cost 300 RMB. 2. The hotel was spotless, very cozy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Its location is excellent, very close to the train station, and despite being street-facing, it was surprisingly quiet. 3. I also recommend a popular restaurant right behind the train station – it's always bustling but easy to find.

Spacious rooms , with all the luxurious amenities , excellent service , price was reasonable , parking in the same building, i will Stay again and i recommand it for people who would like to enjoy Genéve

The location is good, near train station and supermarkets. The view from 8 floor is very nice. However, facilities can be improved: TV is out of order. The lighting is too soft. The shower’s water power is weak.

The room is very close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. The foreign staff at the front desk even spoke Chinese, which was really impressive! The room was quite clean, and it was very convenient for getting around. Disposable toiletries were provided, which was great.
