Onthaal met een glaasje bubbels was geweldig, superlieve dame aan de recepties. Kamers fantastisch, niks op aan te merken. Met een verrassing op bed. 2 Glaasjes en een fles bubbels. Espressomachine met vullingen. Mooie inrichting. De welsness, wat het moest zijn voor het volk dat aanwezig was.(6 man). Ontbijt uitgebreid met jawel alweer bubbels. Het restaurant 'Gusto' topchef, topbediening, top eten. Ligt in centrum, over station maar niks geluidshinder binnen. Parking in Q-park maar te bereiken vanuit het hotel. (wel zelf te betalen) Het is alsof je in de 'steenkoolmijnen' zit, Komen zeker nog eens terug.

Mooie moderne infrastructuur en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel iets te uitgebreid ontbijt met weinig aandacht voor diabetici of hartpatienten. Mooie welness is fijn meegenomen en zit in de prijs. Leuke winkelstad om door te kuieren.

Perfect hotel, mooie kamer, in de parkeergarage plek voor onze fietsen. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Midden in het centrum. Restaurant Gusto voor liefhebbers van luxe meergangen menu of a la carte. Mooie fietsroutes direct vanaf het hotel.

Mooi hotel met stijlvol ingerichte kamers. Super vriendelijk personeel. Gelegen in het centrum van Genk met een ondergrondse parkeergarage. Kleine opmerking: netheid kan iets beter. Bezoek zeker eens het restaurant Gusto! Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel serveert mooi afgewerkte en smaakvolle gerechten

Reception was not available on 29th at 15h00. I booked and paid a Spa session for a colleague at 15h00 and because the fact that nobody was at the reception, he left. When I informed the reception about this the next morning she confirmed that nobody was available at that time at that I will get a voucher for a next session. Till now I didn't receive any confirmation.

Als eerste hartelijk ontvangen, receptie is 24/24 open dus je kan inchecken zo laat ala je wilt. De kamer was niets op aan te merken, heel proper. Het bed lag heerlijk.

Very descent hotel nearby everything you need. The beds are huge and the hotel guest’s entrance to the wellness area is a plus. Breakfast is a feast and sets the good mood to start you day in Genk/Limburg Reception staff could be a little bit concerned though

Als iemand die in Nederland woont en regelmatig mijn familie in België bezoek, kan ik met zekerheid zeggen dat Carbon Hotel mijn favoriete verblijfplaats is geworden tijdens mijn bezoeken. Elke keer als ik er verblijf, voelt het als een thuis weg van huis. De warme gastvrijheid en de comfortabele accommodaties maken mijn verblijf altijd zo aangenaam. Het is mijn vaste uitvalsbasis geworden, waar ik minstens een weekend per maand doorbreng. Ik kan Carbon Hotel niet genoeg aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een luxe en gastvrije ervaring in België! Liefs, Rosetta
