Lovely business hotel in good location. A short taxi ride from the station.  Walk everywhere. Great breakfast buffet! Staff very helpful. TV had a recurring technical fault which was looked at promptly but not permanently fixed. No big deal for me, though.

The hotel is in a hill, but in a very nice location We are traveling with trains and buses, and got tired getting there with our carry ons Everything seemed clean, and the personal was very kind

The NH Hotel was amazing. Very clean, everything seems to be new. Hotel is also close to city center. Service was excellent. It was my weekend birthday trip and I got surprise in my room - sparkling wine and snacks. I recommend this hotel!

Consistency is the key. Always lives up to my expectation. Location for suburban cafes, restaurants and shopping is perfect.

Excellent location. Most of the employees were friendly. The room was somewhat dirty despite its good appearance. The noise from the refrigerator was somewhat noisy.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated next to a small square in the city center, with a wide-open view and good vistas. The hotel's facilities are also acceptable, but the service was terrible. After check-in, it was a long walk up dozens of steps to the elevator, and none of the hotel staff, seeing that we were over 70 years old, offered to help with our luggage. We didn't eat breakfast there, so we don't know the situation there. The hot water was okay. When traveling to Leganés, definitely avoid staying near the port; it's a bit chaotic there. This hotel is located in what appears to be a middle-class residential area, which is relatively safe and quiet. It's also very close to the attractions; the street leading to the World Heritage Site is just a 10-minute walk away.

This was our second stay in Genoa; our first stay was at NH Marina. The hotel's location is very central and secure. We were lucky with parking and parked in the blue-striped section of the street directly opposite the entrance. We didn't trust leaving our keys in a nearby car park with the windows open. The breakfast and hotel staff deserve the best reviews. Cleanliness was good except for some dust in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and I find the price-performance ratio to be high. Thank you.

I liked the hotel; the location is excellent. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide selection of everything, even fruit. It was very clean, and the staff was polite. It was very convenient for exploring and touring Genoa. Parking is available nearby.
