Ion Delemon Premier Suites Genting

The check in is so troublesome… no proper check in counter. Check in inside the car park where the car park. No any clear introduction to looked for the staff to check in and need to call few times to ask location .

as usual when i come to genting i will stay at ion delemen…love the view…but the room was not satisfied (so many cockroaches haha) need to be clean properly please! tq

This was my third stay in Ion Delemen and my first with this host (MapleHome). Unfortunately, it was a terrible one-night stay. The bed, blanket, and especially the pillows had a strong unpleasant odor. They looked and smelled as though they had not been replaced since the previous previous guest, with noticeable sweat and body odor. It felt very unhygienic. I hope this review helps others avoid booking these unhygienic rooms with this host.

Move in with the condition of clogging. Room also not really clean. Need to improve cleanliness. But the host is helping by sending techncian after that.

Worst hotel experience ever. Check-in was conducted at what at Myvi car parked at 3rd floor of car park . The room had a strong unpleasant smell, and there was water leaking onto the floor near the window. There were repeated knocks on the room door from the time we entered , We also found hair left behind by a previous guest. Please don’t bring your families here .

My stay at the Genting Ion Delmon Hotel was pleasant. I spent a night there and it's conveniently located close to Genting. The hotel's Garden Terrace on the 7th floor offered a good selection of food options. However, it wasn't a standard check-in process. To get the keys, you need to go to the designated parking spot on the 3rd floor of the parking level and find the car to locate the staffs. This Airbnb-style hotel, run by a company, had very helpful staff who explained how to use the hotel's lift. The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently provided essentials like bathroom tissues, shower gel, and towels. We paid a RM 200 deposit in cash upon check-in; our deposit was returned immediately upon checkout at the designated parking lot. Overall, the room was well-worth the value for money.

The building is old with mould, like a ******* building. Carpark is bad with no lighting. Check in a Myvi car boot. Trip should ban this type of host. A deposit of rm 200 for this shithole is really unacceptable. Gotta pay your carpark fee by your own. RM700 for this type of place is a scam. This place is a SCAM!!!
