It is difficult to call grab sometime, but there got taxi service to call , a bit pricy than grab. The view is very nice , unfortunately my room can't see the view🤣🤣. They didn't gave water bottle. For first time customer, it will be a bit confused for u to find check in counter cause it is at car park. But they will sent you directional pdf file before u come. You need to see it before u come. There got 24hr shop, bar, restaurant and sky garden, pool and gym.It is at the top of the mountain, 15min drive to genting sky theme park and 35-40min drive to GPO.

The room was nice & perfect for family of 5. Check-in at parking lot😅. 1st time a bit tricky to find the room/tower. Neway we had good time👍🏼

troublesome check in area , need to go tower 1 level 3 car park to check in which makes you feel very weird . after collection of key . Head over to my room open the fridge cabinet got a shock as there was 4 baby cockroach ! manage to take photo before all the cockroach ran away ! after that have to call them to change room . Wont be booking this hotel anymore .

We enjoyed our trip staying here and the place is very confortable. It onlu provides fridge,water boiler and microwave. No cooking facility. We stayed here as it is convenient to go to Skypark theme park.

The stay was okay, but cleanliness needs improvement as there were quite a lot of baby cockroaches. Location and service were average, but amenities were decent.

totally not accept all service. No towel no water. Bed black mark. Staff not getting. Last hotel lift very slow. Corridors is very datry. Checking time i see corridor have slippers not clean. And bathroom light problem not working. I relly relly not happy.
