last min booked. Check in lobby is way too far.
in the app show at tower 2 but when to tower 2 is just empty and have move up to other level.
hair dryer was is not function. call to lobby inform the receptionist told us will send someone for repair the hair dryer? are they joking? the hair dryer is not function instead give us a spare asking us to wait?
Okay we have wait until next day check out there is no one come to repair the hair dryer ah.. just a lousy customer service

Nice location, quiet and good environment but a quite hard to book a taxi from this hotel. Price is very good compared to Genting hotels.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Ion Delemen. The staff were very nice and accommodating, ensuring that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony that offered stunning views. The foggy weather and cool mountain air created a cozy and refreshing atmosphere, making our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, great service, and a unique mountain retreat.

Location is a bit far from the theme park and there aren’t many food options around. You can just grab some instant noodles from the nearby convenience store if needed. But if you’re here for the view, this place is definitely a good choice. The room also has air conditioning, so it’s comfortable when the weather gets hot.
