They upgraded the room for us even thought we booked a studio suite. The room is nice and clean. We have our own tv as well. Toilet is big too.

Antara Residents is absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The residence is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and everything feels thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and at home. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. What impressed us most was the excellent service and attention to detail. A truly fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🏡✨

Had a great 3D2N family stay at Antara Genting Highlands. We booked 3 bedroom suite and requested a higher floor with a nice view, which the hotel kindly arranged. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family, will definitely come back for our next visit. Location is convenient, around 15-20 minutes walk to SkyAvenue via the link bridge. Breakfast options are still quite limited. The biggest disappointment was the Jaccuzi, as the water was cold throughout our stay. We contacted the hotel and maintenance came to check, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved until the day we check out. The lifts were quite slow during check-out time. Overall, still a good stay for families, and hopefully the hotel can improve these areas.

Sadly I didn't took any photo. The hotline stated to contact, do not call because they will never answered, you need to use WhatsApp. The email address given also will not reply so so not waste time. I suggest you to bring your own amenities like towel, hair dryer comb , cotton, shaver everything. The toilet paper is poor quality. Use the tissue paper instead however there is only one box of tissues paper given, you need to request. Plastic bags can also be requested. Bring a dish washing soap and sponge as they don't provide. During hosekeeping , I saw them washing the cup without soap and I requested to use dishwashing soap. The toilet bowl got urine stain, jaccuzi has cigarette buds. The access card also encountered problems. The whole building got convenient shop like bila bila . Not much of food choices. I didn't tried out the activities in the compound so as for this I cant give any review. We realised the staff are mostly men no women. Prepare your own mineral water they don't provide not even a bottle. When two toilet water runs together one of the heater won't be working.

Love the room, view and convenient. Check in strictly after 3pm. There is mall below with food options.
