Room was spacious, fantastic n clean. Was allowed earlier check in which was great. Kids really love the pool n playground . Just not much food option around for muslims so be prepared to cook your own meals . Plus there was some water leaking from the sink at the end of our stay and the hotline was only able to respond after 10 am. Otherwise , overall satisfied.

Had a wonderful stay at Antara Genting. The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a beautiful mountain view. The cool weather made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient with easy access to Genting attractions, and the facilities were well maintained. Perfect for a family getaway or short staycation. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very nice, the amenities were all as stated on the platform and the mountain view was great! The check in process was swift and easy. However, the washing machine had quite a few problems, like not working at first which was solved after contacting customer service and the housekeeping team with a few hiccups along the way and water kept spilling out of it onto the floor which I gave up contacting customer service on since it was already my second last day. But overall, the stay was pleasant enough.

Overall is good. Room is just nice for couples and the balcony is greenish view. Bathtub a bit small but okay for one person

Very clean and comfortable with a nice view. There is mall down at the first floor. Many variety of food. Good for travel with kids and family.

The hotel's location is great, but the service was a bit lacking. On the second day, there was no cleaning service, and the towels provided were incomplete – only one bath towel per person for a two-night stay. On the last day, there was no hot water, so I had to make do with a cold shower.

We love the proximity of the Antara apartments to Genting resorts. The apartment was very clean and the view of the green lungs were impressive. The instructions given by the staffs were clear and any questions were answered promptly. There are restaurants, cafe and convenience stores,
