Regal Beach Club

Really enjoyed our stay! The beach area is small but beautiful nonetheless. Clean and spacious with all we needed.

No sand on this beach for over a year according to locals. The photos are false advertising - the water goes up to the wall as seen in the photos. You can now see the foundation of the stairs and you cannot easily walk down. This is one of the few places on seven mile beach without a beach. The condos are great and there is great snorkeling around here too! If you don’t want to be on a beach, this is a great option. Just disappointed in the continuous posting of the very outdated photos of the beach…

Beautiful property and very accommodating staff - a perfect stay

The people on the property were very nice, However, there really is no beach. And there isn't a way to access the rest of Seven Mile Beach from the condo beach area. You need to go out on the sidewalk and walk or drive to another beach. We paid a cab to take us and our chairs to Governor's Beach. The next day, we paid a cab and rented a cabana at the Westin. Added expenses we didn't expect to have to pay.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We booked it last minute and were very happy with the property.

This was our second year staying in the same unit and was excellent again. The condo is spacious and clean and the screen porch is so nice. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no more space on the beach for lounge chairs but sitting by the pool was fine. Great location for watching amazing sunsets. Will come back again

Comfortable and easy for the family. Nice pool. Close to amenities. 2nd time on property. Beach isn’t what it used to be but there’s no way to harness Mother Nature. We had fun, service team was responsive and helpful. We ate in a number of times and supplies and appliances were more than enough.

Regal beach did not disappoint. Having some of the amenities of a hotel, but the space of a condo was a joy. There was daily maid service, basic supplies ( toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. ) were provided, and there were always chairs and umbrellas available at the pool. The location was walking distance to good restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The Marriott right next-door provided a bar when we needed it. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The view from the patio was beautiful and great way to start the day. Patio furniture was provided so we could have breakfast every morning on the patio. We loved our stay at regal Beach condos and would definitely recommend it for others. We will be back.
