Nice hotel in city center, easy to ge anywhere. Very spacious room, suitable for family. Decent breakfast and tasty mee Kari. Will repeat again if come for Staycation at town.

It is a nice and new hotel. Top marks for 10 mins walking proximity to main tourist sites and dinning. The door-man are attentive and polite, helps you with the luggages. The pool is great.
Day 1, no bathroom towels. Rectified quickly.
Aircon is really weak, about 24oC feeling. Even after the maintenance guy came, it did not help once it get reset. Steam room shower point is broken, likely no one does routine check.
Next to the hotel is a construction on-going. I cannot get an afternoon nap. If I would have known, I would have shifted to another hotel.

Room is spacious, can open at least 4 luggages. Bed and pillow are comfy, too bad there is only 1 type of pillow.
Was told by front desk they will ask bell boy to send the luggage to our room during check in but still nothing after 1 hour. Room is a bit too dark, there was dust on the tissue box. Bath robe & bathroom tiles have stinks.
Front desk was disappointing. Didn’t explain anything about hotel service/ facilities. Previously stayed at Park Royal where staff also said nothing but at least there’s a whole manual I can read in the room. Asked front desk at night how much for a late check out but he didn’t know and told us to call in the morning. Also asked us for the luggage tag when we retrieved our luggage but they didn’t give us in the first place. Front desk doesn’t feel welcoming.
Room is spacious but a bit dark even turning on all the nights. Love that there’s YouTube on the TV. There’s a slight moldy smell so had to turn the air-con very cold. Would be great if it there could be foam pillows which are better for necks.
Location is ok, a few mins walk to Campbell street. Grab to various places mostly cost around USD$3, around USD$8 to airport. General experience is ok but I expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Stay for 3 nights at hotel, love the scent and atmosphere in the hotel. But firstly they gave me to stay in the connecting room type. Encountered with annoying noise at midnight. So we changed the room. Parking lot is very ok.

The best decision to stay at The George. The hospitality is the top notch and most cities attraction are within walking distance from hotel. Definitely will stay here again.
