A very cozy, clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, guests can chill at the 24-hour coffee station at the lobby. Location easily accessible to malls, convenience stores, 2 massage parlors across the street. Overall a very pleasant stay in the hotel. would definitely come back again.

The soundproofing in our room was poor. We could hear what sounded like people diving into the pool from the floor above us. The bathroom could also have been cleaner.

Excellent location. Bus Hin depot just opposite hotel.
Room wise very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is good, I like their complimentary coffee and tea.
Their shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash smells very nice.
Water good pressure . Free drinking water.
Overall very good experience, definitely will come back for my next visit.

Traveling with family, the room size was adequate, and the facilities were comprehensive. Although we didn't get a corner room as requested, it was quiet enough, so our rest was satisfactory. The clothes rack couldn't be removed for separate use, which was a bit inconvenient.
There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a water dispenser in the hallway. The hotel had a pool, but we didn't use it.
The location was great, with two shopping malls a short walk away, making it easy to buy things. It was also not far from the '7th Street Pasar' (market). Most attractions were within walking distance, and taxis were readily available.

Nice staying at Citadine Connect Hotel. The room is Clean, comfortable and fantastic pool. Lovely approachable staff, very friendly and ready to help. Very recommend Hotel when you come to Pulau Pinang.

Room: can hear noise from neighbour room & toilet lighting is quite dim.
Reception: encountered at least 5 different receptionist, majority are friendly, except the 1 chinese short hair lady who was so impatient when we enquired the hotel parking rate.
Location: is in the heart of Georgetown, near to Gama supermarket, Sunday Hin bus depot market & other famous eateries.
Parking: hard to get a public parking space , in that case, have to pay & park at the hotel car park, RM 7/ day. Should have been FREE for hotel guest. 🥲

Stayed here for 3 nights & we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staffs were professional and friendly. They were helpful when we met an issue with the hot water tap in our room.
Thankful for the team to solve the issue swiftly and with sense of urgency. Would book to stay here again when I visit Penang next time.
Location is very convenient to many popular places like Cecil Street Market, Chowrasta Market, 888 Prawn Noodles etc.
