Nice clean hotel, big rooms, close to food, restaurants, pharmacy, only the employees all have a lot of debt, can't smile, one guy we left our suitcase with made small talk sharing information

The environment and hygiene are excellent. There are many attractions and great food nearby, making it very convenient. Staying on a high floor also offers a nice view of the surroundings.

It’s not bad about the room.. but it’s quite dusty on the corner n the window frames. The crew are quite friendly n the security are so caring.

Nice stay, good services from staff members. Be careful when you drive into the car lift, not enough space to make a direct U turn .

Clean basic hotel with friendly staff. Location is fantastic, walking distance to a lot of food centers and eateries. Will definitely stay in this hotel when in Penang.

Room is big and satisfactorily clean, with a modern/new feel.
Great location - away from busy area but close enough to attractions and good food.
