Hotel location is very close to every famous place, Hotel is new and clean, servers are over efficient, they are waiting to clean your room at door everyday.
Hotel is quiet except that every morning around 2am someone maybe security guard not sure will walk on the top of our room and generating stepping noise which waking us up every single day around 2am, also the air condition is so loud you have to cover your ear while sleeping and if you turn it off, it will automatically randomly turn back on. We do not have a single night good sleep while stayed here.
Front desk lady was OK but the man was not.
I will not recommend.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself was clean, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. It's also conveniently located close to all the attractions I wanted to visit, within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The hotel is quite new and eco-friendly overall. The location is also great. The only issue is that there's no parking; the lot behind the hotel belongs to the neighboring one.

Everything was great! The room had all the necessary amenities. The location is good, close to the bus station and shopping mall, and within walking distance to nearby attractions. The room smelled nice, was clean, and didn't feel cramped.

Excellent! It's clean, the room is quite spacious, and offers great value for money. They even provide complimentary coffee and drinks. It's in the city center but still quiet, yet vibrant. Just a 7-minute walk to Shantou Street Night Market, making it easy to city walk. There's a bus stop downstairs, so getting around by Grab or public transport is very convenient.

Hotel is newly opens in 2025. The design is beautiful. We stayed for 4 nights . Room is good , spacious , well decorated and clean. They offer good coffee , tea and snack at lobby. Very good location too. Staff are friendly especially Mani , We saw him every day . he is very polite and always very helpful to all the guests. He makes us feel very good staying in this hotel and we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
