I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely small, to the point where there was barely any space to move around or walk comfortably. The bed had a noticeable smell, which made it difficult to rest properly. On top of that, the air conditioning did not work the entire night, making the room very stuffy and uncomfortable. For the price paid, the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this place to others.

It's 25 mins ride from airport. Location quite strategic, near to Komtar building. 2 decent shopping malls and quite some street food stalls nearby. The room inside is spotless clean, not large but this is ok as the price and location are very good. Room well equipped with kettle, fridge, hair dryer etc. My room has a goid views on 22/F which is the highest floor. The air conditioning works well and I have a goid sleep. Service ok. Everything good.

Nice location with many F&B option close by. Check in & check out was fast and efficient.

At town centre, walking distance to Komtar and a lot of good food nearby.

The hotel with great location. Parking is free provided by the hotel. Staff were polite and helpful by name Fauzana. Easy to get food n drink by working distance.

I hope this message finds you well. We recently stayed at your hotel and had requested a complimentary cake in celebration of a birthday. We were pleasantly surprised and truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture when we found the cake ready in the room upon our arrival. However, we were disappointed to discover that the cake was covered with ants by the time we reached it. It seems that the cake had been left in the room uncovered before we checked in, which may have led to this issue. We understand the effort that went into making our celebration special, and we’re thankful for that. For future improvements, we would kindly suggest that such items be delivered after the guests have checked in, or at least be covered with a lid to ensure hygiene and prevent such occurrences. Thank you once again for your hospitality, and we look forward to a better experience on our next visit.
