Taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 90 RMB. The room was decent, and the breakfast was just average—passable, though the fried eggs were good. It's very convenient to walk to the Mural Street and Chew Jetty from nearby.

Being Japanese, I'm quite particular about cleanliness, but I had a comfortable stay here with no issues at all! However, the building itself is a little bit old. Amenities are kept to a bare minimum, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The room had a great view overlooking both the city and the ocean!

The hotel's location is excellent, with countless street-side shops and food stalls nearby. It's a pleasant walk to Little Armenia and the Old Quarter, even in the evening or at night without breaking a sweat. The beach is within a half-hour drive, and Gurney Bay Mall or Queens Bay Mall are both less than twenty minutes away by car. The room was clean and tidy, with a great view. The service was impeccable, thumbs up!

The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear the water running in the next room. Overall, the stay was still pretty good, but the breakfast was quite ordinary.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of George Town! It takes about half an hour to get to the hotel from the airport by Grab. With 24-hour front desk service, you can check in even if your flight arrives in the early morning! This is a major selling point, as not all hotels in Malaysia offer it. There's a mall downstairs, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to 1st Avenue, which is very convenient, especially for first-time visitors to Penang.

The location is very close to Komtar, and there are many convenience stores and shops nearby, so shopping is quite convenient. The room is spacious, and the breakfast selection is quite rich, plus there's a large swimming pool. The downside is that the room lighting is a bit dim, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom is only halfway.
