This review is specific for Unit 12-02. I have not stayed in other apartments. I booked a THREE bedroom apartment with 4 other friends. My definition of a bedroom is a space with some enclosure and not one open space with beds places within the confine of four walls at different locations. The apartment I finally found myself in is a studio apartment with a loft at best. (See picture). Beds are place in 2 locations, A and B and some mattresses at C. There is no privacy, no noise barrier within the apartment. When one person snores loud enough, the rest are unable to sleep. There are 2 toilets, one on the main floor and one on the loft. The one at the main level appears like it was an afterthought. The shower is between the toilet and the wash basin in a small space. Water splatter in the whole toilet when one tries to take a shower. No wonder the toilet door is spoilt and the wood rotting away. The toilet on the loft is better, there is a separate area between the shower and the rest. However due to poor maintenance, we can see mould on the wall. There is no closet in the apartment and we have to place all our cloths on the sofa and the cloth rack. One of the sofa needs to be replaced. The lights in the sitting bedroom are not working. The floor to ceiling window looks into the sitting room of another apartment, likely 12-01. And that is where one bed is places. Sound proofing is terrible. In the middle of the night we can hear residents talking loudly and making funny noises from outside the apartment. Apparently the apartment can take up to 10 people. I guess you can if you are prepared to throw everything on the floor and be prepared to sleep all over the floor. Please call a studio apartment a studio apartment and not a THREE bedroom apartment. This apartment need a bit of repair and up keeping.
