It’s a comfortable stay with basic amenities.Washroom is also spacious. Parking is available. The staff helped me, they are very helpful and last you can see the sea view nearby.

The room is spacious for a couple. It’s clean, the towels smell fresh. It’s a comfortable stay with basic amenities. Just nice. No iron in the room but it is available at the corridor near the elevator. There’s also a flat screen tv with several channels. The room has a small area for guests to hang their clothes and 5-6 hangers are provided. The water pressure in the washroom is great but the pressure for toilet flush is a bit low. Need to flush a few times. Washroom is also spacious. No need to switch on the light during the day as the natural light from outside is bright. Parking is available. In fact, the staff helped me with the parking spot too. They are very helpful. There’s a karaoke area nearby the hotel and it’s a bit noisy but they stopped around midnight. Location is good. You can see the sea view nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It serves it purpose well and suits the price I paid.

The first floor of the hotel is KVT Lounge. I stay on the second floor, where I can clearly listen the noise whole night.

There were several old men at the front desk checking in. The first time I came, I left my computer charging cable at the hotel. I called and told them to come next time. The second time I came, I got it.

The hotel is very small. The room is very dusty. There is no mineral water in the room. It is just cheap. It is about a ten-minute walk from the city. I suggest you choose other hotels. There are other good hotels nearby.

When very comfortable and a very beautiful view of the sea

The front office is very friendly.. It's just that the cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory, the floor is dirty and the duvet cover is not changed because there are signs that people have used it😄 but we have a pggjl to change it again.. Only 2 towels should be 4 because we chose a family of 4

The room was very good. The clerk chose a sea view room for us. When we got up early, we could see the orange light of the rising sun. There was a flying pancake breakfast shop near the hotel, and there was a very delicious New Year dumpling shop 1 km away. The leek and pork dumplings there were and fried buns are highly recommended. Penang is a comfortable city with diverse cultures and friendly people, and its New Year flavor is much stronger than in China.

Although the hotel is older, it is very clean. Parts of the interior have been renovated (such as beds, bedside lamps, bathrooms, etc.). The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. In-room toiletries and facial tissues are not provided. It’s not a big problem, because the price reflects it, but it would be better if a small refrigerator can be provided. Because the weather in Penang is hot, a small refrigerator is needed.
