The accessibility to the hotel could be further improved as there was no indication that need to climb stairs in order to get to the lobby of the hotel. Travellers with luggages would have difficulties in carrying up the luggages. Would be dangerous for young & elderly to climb up and down the stairs daily

I check out from the hotel .. apparently you will get charged if you stain the hotel towel with make-up. My deposit from RM100 THEY DEDUCT 50 RINGGIT from the deposit bill. They even didn't provide any receipts. They won't make up your room unless you request one. Unfortunately that just how they manage . The way that female receptionist accuse us for staining the towel with blood is unacceptable.. not recommended for anyone who could easily stain a White towel..and that is not blood i k ow because I'm in the emergency department
