I stayed here for 6 days, and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as shown in the photo, there is a stage right next to the hotel's main entrance. They sing from 8 PM to 12 AM, and the bass resonates so strongly that it hits my brain and chest, making it torture. The location is good, and the staff are friendly.

The bathroom had a leaky faucet, causing puddles on the floor. The air conditioning couldn't be set below 24 degrees, and the TV was there but didn't work. The bed sheets felt a bit damp, and the pillowcases weren't very clean. My companion even developed a fungal infection on their face and neck after our stay. The only positive impression was the night shift staff member, a kind old gentleman who was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. On the other hand, the morning staff never smiled, seemed unwelcoming, and was constantly on video calls when we approached the front desk.

I stayed in the Executive Room for 2 nights and requested a late check-out until 2 PM. The receptionist clearly informed me that the charge would be 30 ringgit. However, upon check-out, I was asked to pay 60 ringgit instead.
This was a very disappointing experience. I understand there may have been a language barrier, but the amount of 30 ringgit for a 2 PM late check-out was clearly stated from the beginning. I hope the hotel can improve communication to avoid this kind of confusion for future guests.

The location is convenient for tourist attractions and easy to travel to. The staff provide good service, but the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.

The hotel was as expected from earlier research. Check-in was a breeze. All within expectation. The two single bed was nice and firm but the pillow case was far too thick and firm. Thinking about bring my own pillow next time.
George town is a small place. if you do so research, either taking a bus or walk some distance, there are always places to eat.
Once you place "make up my room " notice, it would normally be done, except for tooth brush and daily supplies, you have to go down to the reception to collect daily, which was a hassle.
