The room was large and modern. It was very well located, within easy walking distance of everything. However, the room was very noisy; you could hear everything from the street, and the windows weren't properly soundproofed. Also, for a 3-night stay, the towels and bed linen were never changed once.

i stayed in their single room and everything was fair for the price you paid for. room and toilet were clean, water pressure for the shower was decent.
location is great, everything is around a 10 minute walk for me from the hotel.
only downside is there’s no lift so if you have large/alot of luggages it’ll be abit difficult going up the stairs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to the Blue House, Yi Lian Rice Noodles, the morning market, and the night market. Highly recommend!

Very good service from reception, very prompt in addressing queries or rendering assistance when required. Very good amenities in the room, even provided a free bath bomb for the bath tub! CGood location and easy to get to places within Georgetown! Everything is within 5 to 15 mins walking distance from hotel. Thoughtful design as there’s no lift so we can work off the extra calories gained each day! :)

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Every detail — from the smooth check-in to the quality of service — showed great hospitality. This was a short stopover trip. It was a last minute booking and decided to give this hotel a try. It’s located near Chulia Street and Love Lane, within walking distance to all the tourist sites in Georgetown.
Hotel receptionists were courteous and friendly and the rooms were to my surprise, comfortable and clean. They have a kinky bathroom too that came as a surprise 🤣
