Love the hotel, and this is my third time staying here. Overall, everything has always been good — but unfortunately, not this time. I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist during check-in. He raised his voice and was shouting to his colleague while we were waiting for him to prepare our room key. It felt unprofessional and left a negative impression compared to my previous stays.

The hotel staff are generally very approachable and helpful. We asked for recommendations on good food places and the front desk staff gave some good suggestions and pointed to us on the travelers’ map. The hotel is slightly further away from the main food hawkers and restaurant than we thought, so getting meals requires at least 5-10 min walk for most of the time. The room is comfortable and clean. We weren’t able to enjoy the rooftop swimming pool due to the rainy season. It’s reasonable pricing for the amenities and location, as most of the time we can get a grab very easily. What can be improved the the food quality and taste at the hotel restaurant , it was not very tasty and the prawn cracker especially.

We had an enjoyable 8-day, 7-night stay at this property. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Penang and less than a 5-minute walk to Penang Road.
The room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the service attendant, Asad, who was very attentive and friendly. He kept our room in perfect condition throughout our stay. The only minor downside was that the pillows were a bit too soft for our preference. Nevertheless, we still slept well as the soundproofing was good—we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or nearby rooms. We also enjoyed the great view from our room on the 16th floor.
We also used the gym throughout our stay. While it had sufficient equipment, the space was a bit small. Swimming pool at roof top has excellent view.
Overall, good value for money and highly recommended to friends visiting Penang.

The location of this hotel is superb. Most of the attractions places are within walking distance. With lots of eateries around.
However, the hotel may needs to improve on their amenities such as the towels provided, the air con and housekeeping. I am very suprise that I was provided with towels that are badly torn and on most days it the towels seems used and old.
The hair dryer given also has some electrical problem and was arching which was a bit dangerous. But the hotel staff manage to change it after verifying that the hair dryer given is indeed spoil.
Overall, the only plus point are staffs who are very friendly and try to make sure we are comfortable and the location of the hotel.

Located in the middle of georgetown.
Love the place and very satisfied!
Nearby with all food hot spots!
Pricing is super affordable and the best part is the rooms are very clean!
