OZO George Town Penang

On a business trip to Penang, I'd stayed here before and chose this hotel again. The location is excellent, about a 30-minute drive from Penang International Airport. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls nearby, and it's not far from the Street Art area. The front desk is on the 20th floor; the staff are friendly, and there's a comfortable business and lounge area. The room amenities are comprehensive and clean. This time, I noticed they added a water dispenser, which is eco-friendly and convenient for guests from different countries, offering warm, hot, and iced water. Breakfast on the 21st floor isn't extensive but decent. There's also a good cafe right opposite the hotel with nice breakfast options. Overall, a great experience. I'll choose this hotel again next time.

Overall, a great experience! The front desk staff spoke Chinese, and breakfast was decent. The location is super convenient. If you're staying here, I highly recommend trying the street-side Thai hot pot – it's really good! I even took a Grab back to eat there after I moved to a hotel on Tanjung Aru beach. Also, the durian from Chen Family Bridge was the best value I've found these past few days, so I recommend that too!

The lobby is on the 20th floor and has great views. The staff were all very diligent and responsible. On our last day, we had an early flight, so we were able to request breakfast boxes from the hotel. Inside, the room felt like a domestic budget hotel – clean, comfortable, and the bed was nice. This time, we stayed in a connecting room on the 7th floor, which was convenient as it provided two bathrooms. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor. While the variety isn't huge, there's enough to eat, and they have an omelet station. Plus, the views are excellent. The 22nd floor rooftop has a beautiful pool, open from 7 AM to 9 PM. It was really refreshing to go for a swim every day. Towels are provided by the pool.

The hotel boasts beautiful views, and getting a Grab from the entrance is incredibly convenient. The rooftop pool offers fantastic scenery! Breakfast was just okay, but the biggest issue was the constantly disconnecting Wi-Fi.

The room was clean and odorless. There was a minor leak in the shower area. The staff were all very friendly and smiley. The pool wasn't large, but it was great for swimming.

The hotel's location is convenient, the environment is clean, and the room feels spacious. The pool facilities are excellent, especially the infinity pool which is even more beautiful at sunset. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and there's a convenience store right across the street.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying at OZO. The breakfast is quite ordinary, and there are so many good restaurants nearby, so I didn't opt for breakfast this time. The shower pressure is excellent. I'll definitely choose OZO again in the future.
