Good customer service👍🏻 We has been delayed to check in after the reception working hours due to some personal issue, but the customer service of hotel was helping us to arrange for other ways to check in when we arrived. Have a short stay here, forget to take photos of the room. Location of hotel is good, able to take grab easily.

Absolutely fantastic! They didn't ask for a deposit or a heritage tax when I checked in. The guy at the front desk was super handsome, the environment was very comfortable, and it's not far from the attractions. Great value for money!

It was incredibly noisy; I couldn't sleep a wink all night. There's zero soundproofing, and with all the motorbikes in Kuala Lumpur, even earplugs didn't help. Anyone who stays here will understand. The room was also tiny.

The hotel is located in very prime location and consider the most affordable stay around the area.
It is just walking distance to gurney drive area. The hotel has only basic facilities suitable for people that not require fancy facilities.
