Staff so friendly.
Location surrounded by eateries. Check out the free city bus just behind the hotel. Very convinient.

JEN Penang Georgetown: Central, Seamless, and So Worth It 🌇✨
Tucked right beside 1st Avenue Mall, JEN Penang nails the location game-smack in the heart of Georgetown with everything at your doorstep.
We booked the family room, which came with a comfy sofa bed, a bidet-equipped bathroom, and a bathtub for those post-walk wind-downs. The buffet breakfast? Generous and delicious. But what truly stood out was the service-warm, proactive, and personal.
They even WhatsApped us pre-check-in to see if we needed anything extra. And the cherry on top? A free late checkout at 2pm, no questions asked.

Room is clean though toilet slightly a bit small. One thing that not good is the sound insulation is quite bad. Can hear sound travel as next door room make some noise. Can be annoying if the next door room make continuous sound.
Location in the heart of Georgetown where can walk anywhere to all the sightseeing place.

We book a family room for four nights. The room is clean, have sufficient amenities. The housekeeping crew is also very responsive and attended to all our requests quickly.
 The hotel is also located at the edge of Georgetown, next to 2 malls, so it is pretty convenient if you need anything and everywhere is walking distance.
A big shout out to Azim, for his prompt housekeeping service and also pleasant surprise in the room.

Arrived at 1 pm and was given checkin by friendly and competent staff. During our 1-day stay, it was raining heavily and the hotel location was linked to 3 shopping amenities such as First Avenue, Komtar and Prangin Mall.

Hotel room is clean ,strategic location ,parking limited 1.8which a bit low and hard to park in if you drive a big car ,spa and massage service is only open up to 6pm is a bit early compared to to other hotel other is good
