Hotel environment is nice. Amenities were abit dusty but thats fine for us. One thing i didn’t like was adjusting the shower handle, the handle comes off easily so u will have to fix it back yourself.

The rooms were nice and clean, as was the entire hotel. The service was strange. Staff was not unfriendly, but they ignored us. It just didn’t feel like you are in a hotel.

I am very satisfied. The two ladies at the front desk are both very nice. If I have any questions, I can ask them directly and they will tell me. They brought a translator and use the local language, so communication is barrier-free. The waiter is also very friendly. , the house was kept neat and tidy, even the placement of things in the house did not change when I changed rooms, I am very satisfied!

The hotel room is very beautiful, very new, I like the style very much, very petty bourgeoisie, and very quiet. However, if you just went to the hotel, it is not particularly easy to find the hotel gate. The door of the hotel is closed, only the English name of the hotel is written on the door frame. Because after you check in, the hotel will provide the password for the gate and the door on the second floor, and you can enter and exit the hotel at any time with the password. The hotel has only two floors, so there is no elevator installed, but the waiter kindly helped me carry my luggage upstairs.

A very exquisitely designed B&B. The first floor is the living room and seating area, with a large dining table for gatherings, and a small outdoor swimming pool. All accommodation is on the second floor. Guests with heavy and heavy luggage will find it difficult and need to carry it themselves. Floor, it is recommended that the B&B attendants take the initiative to help guests carry their luggage. The quality of the towels in the bathroom is relatively poor. It is recommended that you bring your own towels. The complimentary drinking water is in a recyclable glass bottle. If you don't dare to drink it, it is recommended to switch to mineral water in regular disposable plastic bottles.

We have stayed at Tien Terraces several times, and while we still enjoy the unique charm of this boutique hotel, it seems the service has deteriorated over time. Our first stay was wonderful; we were greeted by staff who helped with the check-in process and even gave us a tour of the property. The hotel felt like a cute, luxurious hideaway with a touch of heritage, and we instantly fell in love with it. However, during our second visit, the service felt less attentive—the staff left immediately after check-in, and it was noticeably different from our first experience. By the third visit, the experience had become almost semi-autonomous, with no staff present at all. We checked in over the phone, received passcodes to the door, and had to handle everything ourselves. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. There were also no staff available during check-out, and we had to call multiple times before being told to simply leave the key on the table or in the lobby. The decline in service was also noticeable in other areas. On our first stay, there was a minibar in the "waiting area" with a fridge and a coffee machine where we could help ourselves to drinks. By the second visit, the experience was less pleasant; my partner got a glass of milk from the fridge, only to find out it had gone bad—it was sour and smelled off. On our most recent stay, the minibar was gone entirely, which was disappointing. Regarding the room, it has a unique layout I haven't seen before—half the room is a bath area, and the other half is for sleeping. We loved this concept for a couple's getaway, but it’s definitely not ideal for friends or family since everything is so “open style,” which could be awkward. However, it’s a lot of fun for couples, especially with the full-size tub right in the room. Despite these flaws and the decline in service, we still like this place and plan to keep returning. The unique charm and atmosphere make it special, but we hope they can improve the service a bit to bring back that personal touch we loved during our first stay.
