I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Satisfied, I never thought there would be such a cost-effective hotel in a place like Guyana.
The room is large, the environment is clean, and the overall experience is good! Recommended, the price is right!

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

Never again ! The staff was rude, service was slow. Checkin was good but I ordered a taxi for 2:30 to go to the airport. Went to get the taxi at 2:30 and they said they left we tried to call you. I checked out at 1:30 and had lunch by the pool so why call my room? Then she said there were no taxis and looked at me like I was crazy. I pushed and she called and said they are in town and may be here in 15 mins. Thankfully we went outside and hailed a taxi.
The waitress acted like we were bothering her and when we asked recommendation she said I never eaten that food. We waited 45 mins for our food.
Finally as I was exiting the automated door it closed on me. My arm got hit by the door and then the door broke. No apology no are you ok?? Never again

Sadly, it's 12:12 pm and the pool is still not open. My check out time is 1 pm and i was looking forward to taking a dip for a couple hours before checking out. There's one person maintaining the pool, since in the early hours, long before I had breakfast at the pool area around 8:30 am.
I would have given the hotal 5 starts, top level, but I am a little disappointed with the pool not being open on time at 10:00 am. It's almost 12:30 pm and it's still closed. Very disappointed.

I didn’t like my service because the room I stay wasn’t clean, didn’t have enough toiletry. When you call house keeping they don’t answer their phone. When you call the front desk they say they can’t hear you and I had to come down to get towels. The customer service was not the best. I would have expect better services from such a hotel hearing from people about the hotel.
