It was not a quadruple room. Construction around my room sawing and banging starting at approximately 7 am each day and continuing all day. Food was horrible it used to be good. every description of their meals are now misleading. I ordered the lamb shanks it tasted fresh, was not marinated or seasoned properly. Ordered the pork ribs looked scrumptious, but was tough as leather. Ordered a club sandwich, it came without bacon (bacon was in the description). sent it back and when it came back it had one piece of bacon on one half of the sandwich. the supervisor told me point blank he cant do anything about it, and they still charged me the 12 USD for the sandwich. Bottom Line this place has dropped its standards from when I last stayed there in 2006 when I was on active duty and stationed at the US Embassy. Asked to speak with the owner who I met from my stay in 2006, but the gatekeeping employees did everything to prevent that, so this is my only option. Also, the checkin staff need a course on how to smile and greet customers, its like they are on auto pilot and doing you a favor.
Positives the place was clean and the most of the wait staff were great Abraham and Ryan were great.

10/10 I would recommend GCH to everyone. The staff are attentive, personable, and friendly. Shoutout to Abbina at the front desk for communicating with me from the beginning of the booking until checkout. Well done GCH.

Checkin time was firm. I arrived 2 hrs early due to flight times and was told room would not be ready till 4pm. Restaurant good except I order a starter (taster) clearly fir just myself, when arrived it could have fed 4 people. Waste of food. But the food was v good.

I would like to thank Grand Coastal Hotel for helping me plan this amazing event in helping surprising my mother in law Charis especially the staff Sandy the lovely host, Abina, Alana, Nicola, Naiomi & Mr.Ben at Reception), Kelly (our waitress) for dinner & Lashawn the lovely waitress. Miss B from Salon & Spa in the back. Everything was lovely. My mother in law enjoyed the Presidential King Suite, and she enjoyed the spa, the pool and she also enjoyed the other room as well.

I visited grand coastal hotel on mothers day with my girlfriends. I must say the a**osphere and ambiance was spectacular and beautiful. The food was delicious, I loved every bit of it and to top it all off the customer service was amazing, i had an encounter with one of the staff by the name of Latoya Friday and she was very pleasant and nice to me and my girls. I would definitely recommend. It's a five star for me.

Everyone was nice. Checkin was easy. We were on the second floor and no elevator. Would love to see accommodations for the disabled. Tamika at the bar made great drinks. Checkout was easy at 1am and Romel our driver took care us as he took us back to the airport. I'm sure the renovations they have planned will elevate the hotel.
