A great hotel with direct access to the beach in the Platanias area, Crete. Located very well to get around (by car) and visit Chania (20 min), Elafonisi, the Samaria Gorge or the small towns in the south (just over 1 hour). The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, many of them with direct access to the beach. The buffet was pretty decent for an all-inclusive. Very delicious vegetable dishes and local specialties. We only missed some legumes (there was absolutely nothing), a little more variety of fruit (little), and above all, a decent coffee (it was terrible). But hey, correct to stay for a few days. The atmosphere, at least when we went in May, is calm and familiar. It is appreciated that there is no open liquor bar, there were no drunk tourists from 10 in the morning like in other resorts. It also helps that it is a smallish hotel. The pools are very good. The beach is not much, stones and open sea, so when we were there the water was quite rough. The best thing about the hotel, in any case, is its staff: absolutely friendly and charming, each and every person.

We are currently in this hotel. The hotel is well-kept, rooms are cleaned every day. The food was very good, hot, the bread was fresh and crispy. Staff very nice, polite. I really recommend this place. You can rent a car without a card for cash. Just a great holiday. I recommend.

Sehr Familienfreundlich, Ruhig und Entspannt. Sehr guter Service sowohl an den Bars als auch an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut Aufgeräumt, die Putzkräfte machen super Arbeit. Schön International hier. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Man hat alles im Hotel was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es aber auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Kleingeschäfte. Zwei Pools stehen zu Verfügung. Einmal breites Becken, mit Kinderbecken, und einmal tiefes Becken (auch mir Kinderbecken). Das tiefere Pool ist schön versteckt, so dass man in ruhe schwimmen und sich sonnen kann. Das Personal steht immer bei allen Fragen zu Verfügung. Besonders zu diesen Corona-Zeiten weiß man das zu schätzen. Für einen Corona-Test kann man einen Termin anfragen, die Poliklinik ist in zwei Kilometer Entfernung.

One of the best hotel I have been to. Perfect location and size, clean, v.good food and service. Very well managed. Every one is loooking after the guests. they are very helpful. Eleni in the pool bar-charming and proffessional, not only in making drinks. The "garden" is well groomed. Limited selection in the bar helps to keep guests on their good behaviour. Very relaxing and quiet place. For me 5 *. Excellent food, service and acommodation

Hotel rooms are good although sofa bed very hard. The food wasn't particularly good. Always the same. "baked fish" was tasteless. Minimarket closed for 4 years but is still on the hotel description. Beach not suitable for children as it gets deep very quickly. Not enough sunbeds on the beach either

We decided to book Crete as we were visiting friends and family in the UK and we thought it would be nice to go away on holiday for a week as a family (Party on 6) I wouldn't hesitate in booking this hotel again. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was varied and fresh with plenty to choose from. Location was perfect for us as it was quiet however a short taxi ride allowed us access to shops,bars and restaurants in the local town. A special mention to the lovely lady Eleni who works behind the pool bar, nothing was too much trouble and she was always up for a laugh. A few tears were shed when we had to say goodbye.

One-week stay as a couple and All Inclusive, I highly recommend this “club hotel”. Of course it is not a real French 4*, but this is almost always the case abroad. The rooms are spacious and functional, the two swimming pools were almost empty, the beach is 2m away and very large if needed, there are quality deckchairs everywhere (in summer probably not enough, like everywhere...). The buffet is good quality, their fruits and vegetables are excellent and no problem with quantity, drinks and furniture are "average". And I really wanted to thank ALL the staff who are charming, pleasant and who really want to make you have a good stay. Being gluten intolerant, I had warned before and the cook, the morning staff and the staff were aware and paid attention, told me what was authorized, heated me special bread, all with a real desire to please , not calculation. TOP ! On the other hand, choose to rent a car before or at the airport, it is almost essential (Us: €165 per week)
