Staff was very nice.
Very Cold outside and very warm and cozy inside.
The room was very large are spacious.
We were glad breakfast went until 10 since it gave us plenty of time in the morning to get organized.
The bathroom sink cabinet was worn and nicked up, Probably needs to be replaced.

First terrible experience here after staying here for years to visit family. WARNING construction in progress so elevators/floors are not clean in common areas. Had issues with air quality. We are retired and diamond elite members. We were told by young man at desk 5at he had no idea where the carts were and after explaining we were handicapped he didn’t offer any assistance or apology. Terrible way to end a twelve hour drive…

It was a good stop for a break on a long trip home. Our kids were disappointed the pool wasn’t open. There was also no manager reception when it said there would be online. Decent rooms and breakfast.

Okay. I will start with the only gripe I have about the property. The shower heads could be better. I wish you could asjust them for better water flow/direction. Everything else is excellent. Perfect even. I had a 2 queen bed suite and it was just what I needed for a working vacation. The beds were super comfy. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is really good. The hotel is close to shopping (Indiana Premium Outlets) and tons of food choices. Its right off the 65. You really cant ask for a better location. Its quiet and safe and the hotel offers free parking.
Thorntons is a convenient gas station/mini mart right on the corner that has really good coffee and cappuccinos. I travel to the Edinburgh area a few times a year and can highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very quiet and appeared to only have a few guests, compared to the hotel across the street. Breakfast was good and hot, and it was a clean facility
