no hair dryer on some rooms. There were some sink flies on bathroom.

We checked into the hotel noticed the exposed wire on the floor in the lobby, and were given keys to our room. Upon opening the door, we noticed the bed with one pillow. A few steps into the room we noticed a used towel on the back of the kitchen chair and two used washcloths laid out to dry on the countertop. The garbage pail was full. The bathroom had a used bar of soap and a used cup next to the sink. The tub was filthy. The refrigerator had food splashes all over the side. The one chair in the room had torn upholstery. The closet had spackling over dents in the wall but was never painted. The curtains were falling down. We asked for another room. Room #2 also had only one pillow, the mirror frame was missing pieces and the mirror itself was cracked. The tub was also filthy. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Cracks in the night table. Curtains falling down. The door was very dented and needed paint. This place should be shut down.

the rooms were nice, it was very clean when we have arrived and the staff was amazing and patient.they let me know what was required and they were very friendly the guest service representatives and i highly appreciate their help extended stay

Great hotel extended stay Germantown is one of the best around her there customer service is Great I got opportunity to meet the general manager Sarah she was wonderful and front desk wesley' Eli are Great I will co.e back again in the future I

Thus place this hotel is wonderful I like the staff and the hotel is very clean they have a kitchen and near by restaurants train station near bus bus station it hit different if you are looking for a quiet place this is the place cone at the town c

I like the hotel my interactions with front desk was great was great the lady was very friendly I and the like the kitchen and the l’action is great it near by transit port and I will come back jjkkkkk please if you are in German town come to town centers
