Such a great hotel! The room had a kitchen, pull-out couch in the living room, 2 TVs, a bathroom closet, big bathroom, and the hotel had a basketball court, grill, pool, business center, nice lobby area, and easy parking. Additionally, if you didn’t want to work out in the tiny gym they would give you a free pass for a gym a few miles away. Also, breakfast was included and it was an excellent breakfast! On Wednesdays, they have happy hour with free beer, salad, veggie tray, soups, brownies, so between that and the leftovers I had in the refrigerator, I had plenty to eat Wednesday night and didn’t have to go out and spend more money on dinner! I could text with the front desk on the go if I needed anything so I liked that convenience. The only thing I’d change is to add more towel racks. The location of this hotel is definitely suburban. It’s not close to much if you want to walk. You’ll have to drive to get anywhere

Hotel was clean, hotel and room didn’t smell bad- I love these suite hotels because I love a full sized fridge (Trader Joes is really close by) but sometimes all that cooking in people’s rooms leads to some pretty unappealing odors. Didn’t have to deal with staff much because- digital key- but the interactions I had were great. Husband said breakfast was surprisingly good. Area seemed very safe. Room was quiet. It was a bit of a drive to the Orpheum/Beale St but well worth that to stay somewhere comfortable and not outrageously priced. (And did I mention close to Trader Joe’s?)

We were in the area of this Homewood Suites for just a day and a half. It is our custom to stay at Homewood Suites when we travel out of town because the facilities provide us comforts and conveniences that we don't at other competing hotels. Generally the Homewood Suites we've stayed at around the nation are outstanding in terms of their amenities and so forth. Unfortunantely, this Homewood Suites, despite the great customer service we received, was lacking in terms of upkeep and amenities. The carpet was terribly in a state of disrepair. The kitchen amenities were so sparse that the two of us had to improvise just to have utensils to cook and eat with. Only two chairs in the room. One of those chairs was an office/desk chair. The place served its purpose. Nothing was a show stopper. It's just not a place we would return to in the future.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights while visiting Memphis. Check in was easy and the desk staff were helpful. The property is typical for Homewood. Our room was clean and comfortable and daily housekeeping was provided. Breakfast was typical for Homewood. The fitness center was very small.....just a few pieces of cardio equipment. They do offer a pass to a local gym but that wasn't convenient for us. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and had several options. The area felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

This hotel was very clean, had a very friendly staff and was in both a safe and convenient location. The breakfast was well apportioned and offered varied hot items each morning of our stay (three nights). The hotel is a short drive to various fast food and sit down restaurants as well as shopping.
