We reserved a king room and was told they didn't have any. There was no apology and she just blamed the computer. I asked if we could be moved to a king room at some point during our 3 night stay and was told no, without ever looking at the calendar. It's ironic because they have a big sign in the elevator "The Hilton Garden Inn Promise: If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right." Otherwise the hotel was priced well, in a safe area, with easy parking.
