Bin seit etlichen Jahren Gast gewesen, war auch immer sehr zufrieden,aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, wie das vergangene mal. Die junge Dame im Frühstücksraum, war sehr unfreundlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde nichts nachgelegt, wenn nachfragte bekam man eine unfreundliche Antwort von ihr. Die zwei langjährigen Mitarbeiterinnen im Service sind aufmerksam dem Gast gegenüber und immmer freundlich. sowie die Zimmerfrauen die auch immer freundlich dem Gast gegenüber sind.

Sehr nett! Uns wurde gleich die Garage für die Fahrräder angeboten. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Und dIe Zimmer sind groß und alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt zentral aber die Zimmer sind ganz ruhig. Alles super!

Cet hôtel dispose d'un bon emplacement, à proximité de la vieille ville et des transports en commun. Le parking est un peu petit mais gratuit. L'accueil fût bon, la réception se trouve au 4è étage alors que les chambres sont en dessous. Notre chambre fût spacieuse et propre, récemment rénovée sauf le mobilier qui est daté (mais costaud) et la salle de bain. Les oreillers sont très mous mais la literie est bonne. Balcon fleuri avec une vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Un grand immeuble bouche la vue sur la ville. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bien pour qui cherche une chambre pour y passer la nuit.
