Old and dirty hotel, needs renovation. Broken bathroom window, horrible bathtub, taps impossible to regulate hot and cold. It was a couple's trip but they didn't give us a large bed, they gave us two single beds but one had a terrible mattress, we both had to sleep in a small bed. The room smelled closed and damp upon entering. The only good thing for us was the location, free parking at the door of the room, very comfortable, and the spacious room.

Although the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit.

la cama era muy comoda y estaba muy limpio el baño igual muy limpio el servicio era muy bueno los camareros te trataban muy bien y le podias darle palique el desayuno era muy rico pero el colacao al igual que otras cosas era de marca blanca pero aun asi bastante rico,le faltaba verdura como lechuga,tomate... y por ejemplo salchichas tortilla... la habitacion era ligeramente espaciosa solo que estaba muy mal distribuida como el armario las camas el baño... era un poco ruidoso habia otras personas hospedadas con un altavoz a las once de la noche y tambien fumando que dejaban un olor a tabaco por todos lados e iban por el borde de la terraza que se podian caer y yo poniendome el pijama y afuera se escuchaba regeton (Opinión de un niño de 10 años que fué quien se hospedó alli durante una excursión).

The best thing is the window in the room, overlooking a garden. The beds are comfortable, the mattress good.
The worst thing is the entrance to the hotel next to the highway exit. We had it the first time, and if that happens we have to go around 7 km along roads with difficult circulation and a lot of traffic to get back to the same place. How easy it is to get confused on the road. Still carrying the TomTom. There is a lack of more precise indications, too many circulation routes. Very stressful.

Property very old. Phone did not work. Heat did not work. Phone listed on wxpidia is incorrect. Front desk too far away so had to drive back to inform the desk of heat issues in the room. Would not stay in this hotwl even for free.
