Restro ac was not working, breakfast not good, service not good, staff is not polite, door auto key not working huge flies n mosquito in restra and premises, cockroach in room

We can improve much better, room quality is average. Breakfast time is not right time and also not provide at decided time. Due to this i m late to arrive at destination. Food quality is average, here is more scope to improve. Outer look should be attractive because this is first impression on customer.

Place was quite dirty, staff was not at all supportive or willing to serve, basic amenities were missing, no centralized heating, no heater in rooms, when requested for a heater was told to not run the heater for more than 20 minutes as" it is not allowed. Overall a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.

The hotel is not worth the price. Lots of disappoin**ent. Firstly the geyser was not working secondly there was only 1 item available in breakfast i. E. Aaloo parantha (they said buffet is not working ) and quality/taste of parantha is also below average. No laundry service available in hotel and thirdly washroom was too small and room was not clean. Overall a below average experience. Not expected from mm t hotels at-least.

Hotel room very bad and lot of cockroaches inside that no proper dining service no proper breakfast bedsheets and bath towel very unhygienic ac not working properly hot water not feasible in the bathroom
