Ac is not working worst experience this tym…I don’t go again ever …i pay n the hotel guy say hamare pass yahi room hai or AC working nai hai rooms m..Totally worst experience hai or uneducated employees bitha rakhe hai un logo ne

We booked the room with ac only but they provided a non ac room and said ac rooms are not available at the moment. They said they will provide an ac room by 4:00 pm but it is provided by 5:30. The room balcony was so dirty and there was no tv in the room. Very poor experience

I asked the hotel for 30 minutes early check-in. They had the entire floor free and ready, but they did not let me check in even 15 minutes early

I have applyed for refund for 2 bookings… this hotel is lying for refund and staff was rude and ex not working , bed sheet no clean

Ac was not working staff kept neglecting until l 3 in morning they were not even receiving mmt attendants call later they changed rooms but still same problem 2/3 drunk people were shouting entire night beside our previous rooms hotel staff was neither cooperative nor behaved they quarreled many times basic things like toiletries, drinking water towel was not available even at 3 in morning when we got shifted to other rooms after complaining it was cleaned at 4 in morning

Ac wasn’t working, no fan in the room over bed surviving in summers was impossible. Somehow lived through the night

I booked & payed already but when i reached there. Hotel's ac was not working & they are not even cancel-ling their bookings. Just saying arrogantly if you can manage without ac & fan so you can checkin.
