Good things first
1. spacious rooms

Need to improve things
1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned.
2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service.
3. customer baggage handling issues..too ***y people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally had a fun weekend at the hotel with amazing and delicious buffet.
Hospitality is also appreciated. It also has very great attractions nearby.

Love country inn , Its always a lovely experience dining at the 64/6 Restaurant at the Country Inn & Suites Sahibabad. Excellent choice of vegetarian food and desserts. Yummy Tummy!! and best part staff is o polite and especially, Inder and Ajay

Good cleaning 👆 and decorations inside room we have ask for extra towels and water same was provided on time. Service was really impressive. Staff at this hotel has really good behavior special thanks to Vinod housekeeping was superb at all times.

Cleaning in the room wasn’t great. The bathroom mirrors, counter and handles were all badly smudged with marks. Had dinner in the room and got sick the next morning. Even in the breakfast buffet, almost half the plates had deep finger prints on them and had not been cleaned properly. We requested and were confirmed late check out however had three phone calls and two visitors at our room door to ask us about our checkout right after the standard checkout time. Check out staff tried to then charge us for missing alcohol bottles which of course after 30 minutes hold up, were found right where they should have been.
