The hotel is not made for business people, as you have to be patient. Music and screaming until the wee hours of the morning as weddings take place at the hotel. I had to call the reception several times because in the room they continued with loud music and shouting and what they told me was because there were people who had come to the wedding and to top it off very bad service for dinner and more at breakfast because there were not enough staff to attend. The only good thing that the few people who had to serve were friendly.

This hotel is excellent value for money. It has the grandeur of a palace and ambience of a relaxing spa The staff are friendly and the rooms are exceptional. The breakfast is amazing. With variety of options. From continental to Indian food. Special mention to Divya who is very kind and sweet. And she represents the hotel brand very well.
