Perfectly comfortable bed, we had a perfect night in this high-standard and very charming hotel. The ceiling is really high, and gives the room some really pleasant space.
The spa is also very pleasant, quiet and relaxing.

A very pleasant hotel. I like the decoration style and the new facilities. The service is also very friendly. One thing to note is that the lighting in the room will be relatively dim.

From the initial cancellation of the reservation to the actual check-in, the agent's communication was poor and the experience was average, not as good as promised. I booked a premium room and the bed facing the door was too lazy to change. The so-called windows are behind the head of the bed, and you can barely feel the windows. The so-called good should mean that the hotel's design, restaurant and supporting facilities are quite complete.

Very nice hotel in the center of Ghent. Classical style building with modern elements. Great breakfast buffet with attentive service. Check-in was ok, unfortunately the check-in time of 3 p.m. was not kept. We were kindly upgraded though, so it was worth the wait. The rooms with a balcony facing the inner courtyard are particularly beautiful. The restaurant was closed. The drinks in the courtyard were very good, the service a little slow in the evenings. The historic city center is a short walk from the hotel. Gym and pool small but well maintained. Overall a great hotel.

Bijna perfect hotel. Perfecte locatie. Service en voorzieningen waren ook erg goed. Alleen het ontbijt was wat aan de prijs voor de geleverde kwaliteit (die overigens ook goed was)
