Nice ambiance, the room was very small as a luxury room (ground floor) and we had a terrace overlooking co**** dirt in the courtyard (there were also cigarettes in the ashtray outside) Considering the time of year, the view was not for us problem . Perhaps a tip for the hotel to place waste behind a fence. Room was also quite cold, next time we will bring slippers. Lovely shower, beautiful bathroom. Very friendly staff. Nice decoration, sacred corners with a wink. Excellent breakfast in a beautiful room, very extensive. It was also chilly in the breakfast room, especially on the window side, but you can dress accordingly. Location is perfect!!! Highly recommended despite some shortcomings!

It was a beautiful hotel that used to be a monasteries. The hotel was quiet big which consist 7 different building. The bad thing is that our room are in second floor, and the lift does not reach every part of the building. Al we have to go with the stairs.

Great hotel, very good breakfast, very close to the center. On the 3rd floor only some problems with the water pressure when the hotel is full.

Das, zum Hotel umgebaute, ehemalige Kloster hat einen besonderen Charme. Das Zimmer, im 3. Stock, war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Wir verbrachten vier Nächte in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und sehr dekorativ aufgebaut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Gent. Essen wird nur für Gruppen und mit Voranmeldung serviert. Es gibt aber genügend gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit der Gruppe haben wir im Hotel zwei Mal gegessen. Es war vorzüglich.

We booked this hotel for only one night stay but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is within walking distance to the central highlights of Ghent and in a quiet area which felt very safe. The hotel, from friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast choices, made it a perfect stay for us. We stayed in a room overlooking the gardens which was quiet. We will definitely stay here again on our return to Ghent.

Leider hat man nicht die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu Dinner. Das würde das Ganze abrunden. Vorallem die Kapelle ist überwältigend. Da wäre die Bar viel besser aufgehoben

Aparte accommodatie. Mooie ruime kamer. Lekker ontbijt. Één koffieapparaat in de ontbijt zaal is echt te weinig. Bij aankomst was er niemand in de receptie aanwezig. Zelf maar iemand gaan zoeken.

Wij hebben het weekend geslapen in dit bijzondere hotel. Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, we hadden een fijne kamer, een lekker bed en een heerlijke douche. Bij de bar zijn leuke zithoekjes met fijne stoelen en ik heb genoten van het dwalen door de gangen. Ontbijt was prima, lekkere koffie en genoeg keuze. Het fijnste vond ik dat we lekker in het centrum van Gent zaten, dus aan het eind van de middag terug naar het hotel om op te frissen om daarna de stad weer in te gaan.
