We were very pleased with the hotel. First of all, it is in a great location. When we got tired while wandering, we immediately went to our room, stretched our feet for 15 minutes and continued our tour. The cleanliness of the room, the facilities and the breakfast made me wonder why this hotel should be 3 stars or at least 4 stars. The staff also provided an excellent service and we left really happy. We were also happy that there was no parking problem. I strongly recommend it.

The room was fine. We needed extra bedding and 2 nice staff came immediately and made the extra bed for us. However! We arrived with a reservation confirmation of 2 adults 1 child. Their confirmation had 2 people therefore the room they had was too small. They did have another room for 3 they said we could have but it would be 30 euros extra. At the time we simply agreed and paid as there was a big queue behind us and the amount was small. Buttons seemed like a con to extract more money from us, it wasn't our mistake as we had confirmation for 3 people at the designated price. It's a shame as I really liked Ghent and will certainly return but there are other hotels to choose from.

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip and it has been a surprise. Wonderful room, intercontinental breakfast, kindness of personnell. Anything to add. It is very close to the center of Gand and in a few minutes you can visit the major attraction of Gand, like Castle etc. If you have time, visit Gand and spend at least one night in this hotel.

Feel bad for those with a poor experience here. The location is excellent. Our room had zero view (pkng lot) but, it was clean, didn’t smell, updated room for sure. I’m very simple when it comes to hotels: clean, shower pressure, location and a comfortable bed. I’m there to shower and sleep. Nothing else! With that being said, the staff were great. Clean Bathroom and shower pressure (a pet peeve of mine) = excellent. Bed was comfortable and all around it was a great time. #1 requirement in Ghent, Legends Free Walking Tour. The guides are knowledgeable, funny & very accommodating. Did the Dark Side of Ghent this time. Isabell is great. So good. So happy. Fantastic way to see the city.
